I eloped 2 weeks ago in Gatlinburg and did some prior research to what restaurant I wanted to celebrate w/ my new hubby, BIL and SIL. I decided on Crystelle Creek based on delicious looking food pics, atmosphere and live music. I'm so glad I did!! Everything was great!! So great that we returned a few days later to try something else! We stayed about an hr after our check was paid and continued to enjoy Neesee who was the entertainment that night. She chatted and took requests playing all decades and genres. Eli was a great server!! Knowledgeable about the menu and his offerings. He still continued to refill our beverages without us asking after the check had been paid and his tip had been received!! That's GREAT service!! The garlic rolls, prime rib, ribs, chicken parmesan and mozzarella sticks we are delicious, but my favorite was the pan fried trout!! So fresh with the perfect amount of crisp and flavor!! I plan to turn on all my visits

After trying a couple times to get takeout from Three Jimmy's and being met with "we don't have time for that" we came across Crystelle Creek. The friendly, helpful voice on the phone assured me they would be happy to prepare our order. When I arrived to pick up our order I was greeted and told it would be just a couple more minutes. While I was waiting, no fewer than three different people made sure I was being helped and knew that my food would be ready in just a minute or two. After paying, I was offered help taking the food to my car...twice. The service alone would make me come back, but the food was excellent. When we come back to the area, we will definitely be back for more! Great job!

Great meal! Nice atmosphere with the creek running underneath and over the roof. Prime rib was awesome! Steak salad was a favorite as well. Well worth the drive!

My family of four (2 adults, a 10 year old and a 2 year old) ate here tonight. We had Mary as our server and she was exceptional. We had a long day of traveling and my 2 year old was so cranky. I was sure we would go eat and it be a difficult experience. We went to Crystelles because it was in a 10 minute radius of our cabin and we were starving. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were treated with the best customer service. The owner (I assume) came and handed my daughter her “very own rose” and it made her night. She is still carrying it around, sniffing it. You could tell that it was family owned and that the owners took great pride in their work, as they should. The food was delicious, the ambiance was nice and relaxing. I recommend asking for a spot creekside.

A hidden gem! If you want hear some great music...original music with a chance to hear award winning and hit song writers, this is the place. The food is Super!!! The atmosphere is relaxed and service exceptional. Stop by and see the wall with pictures and signatures of top artists who have dropped by...including Pam Tillis, Bill Anderson, and award winning writer and long time pro wrestler John Condrone!

Absolutely wonderful! Great food, service and beautiful views. They had live entertainment. Can't wait to go back

My boyfriend and I came in at 8:05 on a Sunday night to an empty restaurant (they close at 9). At other restaurants, I’ve dealt with frustrated staff members in that situation, so we braced for it. Not here. They seemed happy to see us and were so helpful. They were busy setting up for an event they were having the next night and at least three people stopped by to make sure we were taken care of and enjoying our meal. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!!

I was looking for a restaurant that was a notch up from average, and this was a great find. Just outside the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg, it was so nice to head there for dinner and just relax. The food choices are very good - burgers, steak, ribs, fish, and Italian specialties - and a great wine choice, too. I plan to go back again before I leave the area - and most nghts they have live music, too. Lovely experience.

My wife and I are vacationing in Gatlinburg with my parents and we stumbled upon Crystelle Creek by accident. The atmosphere was great, the trout was out of this world good, the homemade cakes were killer, they had many local beers on tap, and an extensive bourbon list. They have nightly live music and extremely good service. 
I cannot recommend Crystelle Creek highly enough!!!

The Crystelle Creek has a great ambiance if you are looking a romantic dinner, quiet with the sounds of water falling and a creek on the backside. Large tree with lights that are also very romantic. I had a steak salad and my spouse had the trout. Both were great! There was a pianist singing as well if you were interested you can pick the music side or the quiet side. Will go back again!
