Private Dining & Events
Welcome to Crystelle Creek's Gatlinburg private dining and event hosting. We offer private dining and in-house event hosting only. We specialize in Gatlinburg wedding hosting for wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners. We can also host your next Gatlinburg catered event in our private dining area, including; holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, engagement parties, birthday parties, office events, banquets and more. All events are held on our private dining area. Sorry, but we do not provide off-site event hosting.
Each event includes a semi-private room, cloth table coverings and cloth napkins.
Set up fee Payment:
A $250.00 NON REFUNDABLE set up fee is to be paid by check or credit card.
The $250.00 set up fee is NOT applied toward the total bill.

If payment is split more than 4 ways a $5.00 fee added to each remaining check.
An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to the total bill.
Parties of 39 or less will have a two hour time limit.
Parties of 40 or more will have a three hour lime limit.
Any party that goes over the allocated time will be charged $50.00 every half hour past
the allocated time limit.
If extra time for your party is needed this can be arranged at the time of booking. Extra time is $50.00 per half hour.
Parties of 19 or less will have one server.
Parties of 20 to 39 will have two servers.
Parties of 40 or more will have three servers.
Your party may not receive their meals all at the same time.
The staﬀ will work as quickly as possible to get everyone their meals in a timely manor.
Personal decorations may be brought with advance notice.
Certain limitations may apply to decorations.
Please be aware that Crystelle Creek is an operational restaurant and may be open for dining guest during your scheduled event.
Events are held in a separate area of the restaurant than regular dining guest.
During peak dinner hours if you have orders for the bar, please let your server(s) know and they will be happy to get them for you.
Everything must be ﬁnalized 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.
No changes may be made once the event has been ﬁnalized
Final head count is needed 7 days before the scheduled event.
Any shortage of people will result in a $10 per person plate charge
